Repairs and Maintenance
Requests for building repairs and maintenance are handled by the GRF Mutual Operations Department (MOD), the property manager for Mutual SWCM.
MOD Building Maintenance responsible for the day to day work necessary to maintain SWCM buildings and "exclusive use" common property including patios, decks and carports.

Do not put anything more than toilet paper and bodily waste in your toilet. Even if a diaper or tampon says it's "flushable", do not put it in the toilet. Dispose of it in your trash. If you have water backing up from toilets into your shower or bathrooms this is considered an emergency. Please let MOD know to send someone out right away.
