As a courtesy, the board offers Zoom and teleconference access for those unable to attend in person. If the internet service is interrupted or you experience technical difficulties, the meeting will continue.

Mutual 2 has one Board position open for reelection in October.

The following is the election schedule:
Aug 14, 2026: Pro Elections sends Pre-Ballot Notice to all Association members.
Aug 28, 2026: Deadline for reporting corrections to voter & candidate list to Pro Elections.
Sep 17, 2026: Pro Elections sends Ballot Package to all Association members.
Oct 19, 2026: Deadline for ballots to be received by Pro Elections.
Ballots are counted and election is certified by the Inspector of Elections.

Second Mutual Website is Live
The Second Mutual Website is now live. Initially, registration and login will not be necessary for most of the site. After an initial test period, a subsequent email will provide registration and login instructions. Please email your comments or suggestions about the website to Dan Davis at dbdavis32@gmail.com.
