Landscape Management

Rossmoor RPM Landscape Department serves as the landscape manager for RWC and provides oversight of SWCM landscape contractors. 
 
Guidelines for Landscape Requests
 
The following issues should be reported directly to the MOD work order desk. 
  • Irrigation issues (breaks, leaks, geysers, dry spots in lawns)
  • Shrub and tree pruning requests
  • General cleanup (leaves, tree debris, fallen branches, sidewalk issues)
  • Plant health issues (weeds and dying or dead plants and trees) 
  • Pest Control (rats, snakes, etc.)
  • Flooding during storms (such as drains backing up or water heading into, or entering, your home) 
SWCM is charged $25. per phone call. Do not call to chat. Keep calls short and efficient. Make sure you have all the information they'll need before you call.
