Welcome to our beautiful community! Take a moment to familiarize yourself with how the SWCM Board and the various committees communicate with residents and how you can communicate with your fellow residents! Yearly as required by law, SWCM mails and emails out a request (typically at the end of October / early November) to have you update your contact information, especially your email information. Despite our best efforts, we typically only have about 1/3 of our 1,387 Members respond. If you have had a contact information change, or have not completed a form, please help us keep you informed. Complete the form and return it to MOD, or any Board Meeting: 4041 Form
